    Antal International, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi is a franchisee of Antal International since Sept 2021 and operates from Office at East Patel Nagar. We are looking for a SAP Recruiter to join immediately.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    DESIGNATION: SAP / IT Recruiter.

    LOCATION: New Delhi, East Patel Nagar.

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Graduation + MBA or MCA

    EXPERIENCE: 6 months – 1 Year Freshers excuse

    SALARY: 2.5 – 3 LPA

    ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

    · Minimum 6 months of experience as SAP Recruiter.

    · Must have Completed MBA with HR Specialization. or MCA

    · Familiarity with SAP modules, terminology, and technical skills preferred.

    · Proven ability to source, screen, and assess candidates effectively.

    · Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

    · Candidates from Delhi/NCR is preferred.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBLITIES:

    · Source and attract qualified candidates for SAP positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

    · Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications and skills for SAP roles.

    · Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' fit for specific SAP positions and ensure alignment with company culture.

    · Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.

    · Facilitate the interview process, providing feedback to candidates and stakeholders as needed.

    · Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates.

    · Assist in negotiating job offers and closing candidates.

    · Build and maintain relationships with SAP professionals, consultants, and industry contacts to expand the talent network.

    · Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in SAP recruitment.

    · Collaborate with HR team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
