We would love to hear from you if
Prior experience in sales, account management, negotiation

Understanding of a typical sales process from the initial research phase to deal closure

Knowledge of how to generate sales leads either in isolation or working with support teams

Understanding of how to initially engage prospects and deliver sales meetings

Knowledge of how to build sales presentations and deliver them confidently to a variety of audiences, including internal staff and senior personnel across a variety of different industries

Knowledge of the competitive well-being marketplace in terms of sponsorship sales, existing partnerships and potential future opportunities in relation to specific brands and industries

Understanding of the decision-making factors that contribute to the thought process of marketing teams when assessing different sponsorship opportunities

Excellent English and Hindi language skills (verbal and written)

Proficiency in Powerpoint (or KeyNote), Word, Excel and Outlook

Ability to work on several types of projects at the same time - new business sales, renewal of existing partnerships, sales strategy, sales pipeline forecasting, lead generation

General skills and attributes:
more general characteristics, e.g. flexibility, communication skills, team working etc.


What you'll do
Own, drive and deliver results for key categories assigned

Drive commercial opportunities across sectors

Develop, manage and refine the commercial strategy

Proactively search and find new revenue streams (including Partnership focused)

Identify local market trends, brand relevance and opportunities across all categories

Manage and develop the Partnerships proposals in line with the brand's strategy

Consistently achieve the commercial revenue targets set


Bonus Points if:

Experience in holding face-to-face meetings with Marketing Directors, Chief Marketing Officers, CEOs, startup founders or senior management at agencies

Passion for online communities
