About the role:


As the SaaS IT Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper administration of our IT systems and endpoints.

You will be reporting to Aspire's Head of Information Security and will have the exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team of IT specialists within the company.

Currently there is little need for any on premise administration or physical task. We are looking for someone who has experience with cloud environments and Software as a service (SaaS).


What will you be doing?

  • Automation of processes with bash, powershell or python
  • Giving handson IT support (Mostly remote)
  • Troubleshooting PC issues
  • Supporting of cybersecurity incidents
  • Roll out of new tools
  • Writing user manuals and FAQs

Supporting of security event tickets coming from our security and IT solutions

  • Supporting in implementation, monitoring and enforcing of IT and security policies
  • Supporting and driving other daily IT and security tasks

We would love to get to know you if you have the following:


Minimum:


  • Based in India
  • Good to
    very good written and spoken English communication skills:
  • Studied at a University or polytechnic
-
Experience with Windows, MacOS, Google Work Space, Slack, Intune and Jira.

  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related qualification.
  • Exposed to AWS, GCloud, 1Password, GitHub, Notion and Snyk
  • Worked Linux environments
  • Administration of Azure Sentinel
  • Forensic and analysts experience in a Security Operation Center environment
  • Software development experience e.g.
    Python, Go, Bash, Powershell
  • Personal electronics or computer science related projects in a **personal blog or Github
