Accounts Executive


Responsibilities:


  • Lead Accounts Payable: You'll be the mastermind behind our accounts payable department. Your mission is to guarantee the accuracy of purchase invoices, prioritize payments, and liaise with internal teams to address any invoicerelated issues. Your magic touch ensures that vendor payments are always on time.
  • Lead Accounts Receivable: As the leader of accounts receivable, you'll be responsible for generating new invoices in compliance with all government and company regulations. Your meticulous approach to invoicing will keep us on the right side of the law.
  • Outstanding Invoice Recovery: By coordinating with internal teams and diligently following up with clients, you'll recover outstanding invoices within the expected timeline. Our goal? Zero writeoff cases and you're the one who can make it happen.
  • Financial Transactions: You will prepare and process accounts payable checks, wire transfers, and payments. Your attention to detail is what ensures the smooth flow of funds.

Vendor Relations:
You'll be the go-to person for resolving accounting-related inquiries from clients and vendors. Plus, you'll handle account statement reconciliations with finesse.

  • Invoice Discrepancy Resolution: Smooth out any wrinkles in purchase and sales invoices. Your expert problemsolving skills will keep our financial records impeccable.

End Reporting:

You'll play a key role in the month-end closing process, creating insightful reports that highlight critical focus areas for our financial performance.


  • Continuous Improvement: Get involved in projects aimed at enhancing our Accounts Payable and Receivable processes. Your insights and innovations will drive us towards greater efficiency.
  • Annual Accounting: Team up with colleagues to maintain data and contribute to seamless annual reporting.

Experience:


  • 23 years of experience in roles with similar responsibilities.
  • Experience in the service industry is a significant advantage, as it provides a strong foundation for understanding purchase and sales processes.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and oral.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets and Excel is essential.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is a must.
  • Familiarity with Tally is a valuable plus.
