Description
The job description of a store incharge includes the following responsibilities:- Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items
- Keep the general management of the store, including training the staff and dealing with their everyday confrontations
- Keep all the records of the store and restocks the goods
- Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
