Raksha Property Management is a global residential and industrial property management company located in Bengaluru.We are looking for talented Customer Service Assistance to Service our Real Estate Clients:
Responsibilities:
- Strong spoken and written communication in English
- Self Starter and need to Self Initiative.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and inquiries.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelors degree is preferred
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
Prior experience working with customer support
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Experience in Property Management is highly desirable
Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
