1. Register and record the Sales orders.Support Field Sales team by Processing the collected Sales orders.
- Contact Customers in advance in case of any delay in the delivery.
- Ensure swift and accurate processing of order by coordinating with other departments.
- Register and record the Customer complaints and provide resolution as per company policies and SOP
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies.
- Maintain high level of professional etiquette and upkeep goodwill of APC Aluminium pvt. ltd
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction in coordination with Sales Department, Logistics Department and Accounts Department.
- Billing support for the accounts department

Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month

- Weekend availability

- Flexible shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Travel requirement:
- Up to 20% travel
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Trichur , Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
