Description
1. Register and record the Sales orders.

Support Field Sales team by Processing the collected Sales orders.


  • Contact Customers in advance in case of any delay in the delivery.
  • Ensure swift and accurate processing of order by coordinating with other departments.
  • Register and record the Customer complaints and provide resolution as per company policies and SOP
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies.
  • Maintain high level of professional etiquette and upkeep goodwill of APC Aluminium pvt. ltd
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction in coordination with Sales Department, Logistics Department and Accounts Department.
  • Billing support for the accounts department

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month


Day range:

  • Weekend availability

Shift:

  • Flexible shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 20% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Trichur , Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
