Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Proven experience as a recruiter in an RPO or agency setting, handling various recruitment assignments simultaneously

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of various industries and job functions to recruit for diverse positions
