Diploma (Civil) / Interior Design Diploma

**Location:

Key Profile -
Co-ordinate & Oversee day-to-day execution of Residential Interior work at Site as per

Desired Quality in stipulated time period.

Desired Skills -

Good Communication Skills
Technical Knowledge of High end Residential Interior Work
Should be able to read/identify issues/queries in Drawings/Schedule.

Job Profile-

Monitor daytoday onsite work & track the same as per Project Schedule
Ensure on site execution of works at Site as per correct Drawings / Details received from Designer
Track, requisite & check the quality of the Material delivered at site; plan inventory & make sure, the use of correct material as shown in drawings.
Delivery coordination with Stakeholders for Modular and other readymade furniture which will be delivered at site.
Ensure Execution at Sites as per Standard ensure execution process.
Prepare & share Daily Project updates with Project Manager as per Standard formats.
Highlight/raise execution related issue to Project Manager to avoid any Escalation.
