Experience in Employee Central (EC)Core, Leave Module, Knowledge & Competency Management and Compensation & Benefits module.
Develop and maintain HR and other business reporting, analytics and dashboards.
Create and maintain a report catalog to enable end users to get needed reports from the HRIS system.
Responsible for the development of ad hoc report requests to meet business requirements.
Help build and report the metrics used by HR to communicate the trends and areas of improvement to watch within the organization
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, be diplomatic and influence stakeholders, external partners and international teams
