Dynatrace:

5+ years of experience of Monitoring tools for onprem and cloud infrastructure and Applications.

Proven experience in implementing and managing monitoring tools and solutions.

Strong understanding of monitoring principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Familiarity with a Dynatrace monitoring tool.

Knowledge of monitoring protocols and technologies (SNMP, ICMP, WMI, REST APIs).

Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and custom integrations.

Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and infrastructure components.

Experience with log aggregation and analysis tools.

Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms and services and their monitoring capabilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of ITIL and incident management processes is a plus.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Monitoring Expert) will be a plus.
