Position Overview:


We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook with expertise in Arabian and Tandoori cuisines to join our culinary team.

As a Line Cook at our establishment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, presentation, and timely delivery of our diverse menu offerings.

Your culinary proficiency, attention to detail, and dedication to delivering exceptional dishes will contribute to the overall dining experience we provide to our valued customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and cook a variety of Arabian and Tandoori dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Execute food orders efficiently and accurately during highvolume periods.
  • Handle and maintain kitchen equipment and tools responsibly and safely.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and organized workflow.
  • Follow hygiene and food safety standards to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
  • Monitor food stock levels and communicate with the head chef or kitchen manager to ensure timely ingredient replenishment.
  • Contribute to menu planning and development of new dishes in the Arabian and Tandoori categories.
  • Uphold the high standards of taste, texture, and presentation established by the restaurant.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff members as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Proven culinary experience of 25 years with a specialization in Arabian and Tandoori cuisines.
  • Formal training in catering or culinary arts is highly desirable.
  • Indepth knowledge of Arabian and Tandoori cooking techniques, spices, and flavors.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to contribute to menu development.
  • Adaptability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
