We are looking for a Software Solution Architect to join us in helping our clients benefit from our expertise in customer experience, enterprise solutions & product development.

As a technologist at Left Right Mind, you will do the following activities

  • Drive technical projects and take pride in building systems that are usable, functional & scalable.
  • Lead projects with other software engineers, architects, designers, strategists, business analysts, Product Management, QA, and Operations teams to design and develop innovative processes and create solutions that meet our client's business requirements.
  • Be a technical leader within your team and within Left Right Mind in general
  • Provide technical and project leadership and mentoring while Creatively solving technical issues.
  • Be a valued member of a crossfunctional agile team
  • Build new front ends, back end, and APIs to enhance the portfolio of our offerings to our clients.
  • Build performancesensitive systems that serve tens of millions of requests each day.
  • Be an active voice in architectural decisions for all of our active consulting projects
  • Be a master of your own code. Build robust testing scripts/systems to break the systems we have built and eventually fix them
  • Lead solutions & estimation activities working alongside the Pre Sales team
  • Participate in release management and oncall duties, review recommendations for project or production issues and diagnostics

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
  • You love design. You have a strong understanding of objectoriented programming, data structures & design patterns.
  • You craft solutions. Your knowledge of systems design, frameworks, and thirdparty services helps you design relevant and scalable solutions.
  • You like to get your hands dirty. You know how to design & write code in multiple programming languages and have handson expertise in some of these environments: Java/J2EE, Node, React, Angular, Swift, Kotlin, CMS, Ionic, Python, Perl, PHP, Spring boot
  • You think Data. You have worked on a variety of databases such as MySQL, GraphQL, MongoDB, Couchbase & Cassandra. You love data modelling.
  • Knowledge of code igniter, falcon, c++, java, multithreading
  • You respect DevOps. You appreciate clean software development practices and smart choices of DevOps methodologies and have experience in SCM like Git, and SVN.
  • You love interfacing with clients. You like the spotlight working with clients and can establish good relations with people.
  • You know cloud and onprem. Deployments, whether on AWS or Google Cloud, feel home to you.
  • You love to showcase quick PoCs. You'd rather prove by showing working concepts of smart ideas and solutions.
  • You think POC (proof of concept) is the faster way to prove a point and demonstrate new technological capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills
