Experience:
- 12 Years (Hospital experience )
Role:
- Delivering the day to day facilities services across the floors and buildings of the site.
- Ensure that all services are delivered in a confident, efficient and timely manner with least interruption to the customer.
- Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ensuring proper flow of file movement from reception till exit of patient, Resolving patients' complaints and ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Ensuring availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
- Helping patients in distress by responding to emergencies.
