Who are we looking for:
- A sales representative with prior experience in Enterprise sales / B2B sales / Consultative sales / Solution sales / SPIN Selling / Concept Selling.
- Someone with a keen interest in selling cuttingedge technology products.
- Strong communicator with persuasion skills
- Experience in the AR/VR industry is a must.
- Someone who has worked with startups or is ready to work in a fastpaced environment is an added advantage.
Top 3 Daily Tasks:
- Understand the customer needs, pain points and pitch the offerings of the organization.
- Driving sales in the small and medium enterprises business in the assigned territory.
- Creating business proposals and sending Minutes of Meetings on a daily basis with the clients.
Minimum work experience & Qualification required:
Total 10-12 years of work experience especially in enterprise / B2B sales.

- Experience in enterprise / B2B sales
- Strong negotiation, relationship building and objection handling skills
- Presentation and communication skills
- Ownership mindset and a go getter attitude
- Strategic and Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
What would you be expected to do:
- Take the lead to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage partnerships that can involve marketing, content, commerce, and technology components.
- You would be responsible for contacting and engaging with government and non governmental agencies and pitching enterprise level products and services.
- Managing accounts
- Nurturing relationships with the new accounts that you will bring in, and gathering intelligence on customers, customer feedback, competitors and market trends.
- Value selling with strong articulation and consultative approach.
- Come forward with new ideas, strategies and plans to highlight the value proposition and boost the company's bottom line.
- Create a sales deck and present to potential customers at CXO level.
- Track, generate reports and present sales numbers and metrics to the management.
Pay:
₹1,000, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
