    Description

    Position Summary:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented New Zealand Study and Visa Advisor to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with New Zealand study applications and visa processes, making sales calls, meeting clients, and providing comprehensive support throughout the immigration journey.

    This role demands excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a target-driven attitude.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Interaction and Sales:
    • Make sales calls and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients.
    • Convert leads and inquiries into successful client engagements.
    • Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales effectively.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
    • Student Visa Guidance & Documentation:
    • Help clients understand the procedures for New Zealand student visas.
    • Provide clear, accurate information based on current student visa laws and policies.
    • Counsel clients through the entire visa process, from initial inquiry to final arrival.
    • Consultation and Follow-Up:
    • Explain various student visa processes to students and other candidates.
    • Regularly follow up on inquiries and maintain comprehensive records of client interactions.
    • Identify, resolve queries, and handle objections of clients effectively.
    • University Partnership Promotion:
    • Explain the prospects of New Zealand University Partners to potential students.
    • Provide professional and quality counselling services for study visas.
    • Provide end to end documentation support to the student.
    • Client Profiling and Solutions:
    • Understand the client's profile and visa requirements through telephone calls, emails, and face-to-face discussions.
    • Provide appropriate solutions based on the client's eligibility and the services offered by the company.
    • Advise on overseas options available to help candidates and their families make informed decisions.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven experience in sales, client relations, and student visa consultancy. (5 years minimum experience required)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Salesoriented with a targetdriven attitude.
    • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales.
    • Knowledge of New Zealand student visa laws and policies is preferred.
    • Ability to provide accurate and professional counselling services.
    • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle objections.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other related tools.
