    Description

    Job Description :

    We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, with proficiency in both custom and out-of-the-box development.

    Additionally, experience in Salesforce administration, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and integration with external systems through APIs is required for this role.

    Responsibilities :

    • Salesforce Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Customize Salesforce functionality using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
    • Salesforce Administration: Perform Salesforce administrative tasks such as user management, profile and permission set configuration, workflow rules, process builder, and data management.
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Development: Design and develop Lightning Web Components and Aura components to enhance the Salesforce user interface and functionality.
    • Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards for LWC and Aura development.
    • Integration with External Systems: Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using APIs (REST, SOAP).
    • Develop custom integrations to synchronize data between Salesforce and other platforms.
    • Salesforce Best Practices: Follow best engineering practices for Salesforce development, including code review, version control, testing methodologies, and deployment strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with Salesforce platform limits and governor limits.
    • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions, including design documents, implementation guides, and release notes.
    • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions on time and within scope.
    • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 3 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on custom development and out-of-the-box configuration.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security settings, and data management.
    • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) (1+ years) and Aura (2+ years) development.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform capabilities.
    • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST, SOAP).
    • Familiarity with Salesforce best practices for development, including code review, testing, and deployment.
    • Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) is a plus.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
