Description
Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.- Listen to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues attentively.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer queries.
- Assist customers in navigating products, services, or processes.
- Problem Resolution:
- Identify and assess customer problems or complaints.
- Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support when necessary.
- Follow established protocols and guidelines to handle customer concerns.
- Data Entry and Documentation:
- Accurately record customer interactions and details in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Update customer profiles and information as needed.
- Generate reports and maintain records of customer interactions for reference.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies.
- Continuously update knowledge to provide accurate and uptodate information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge
Communication Skills:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers.
- Use active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Speak politely and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
