Description
Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.

  • Listen to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues attentively.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer queries.
  • Assist customers in navigating products, services, or processes.
  • Problem Resolution:
  • Identify and assess customer problems or complaints.
  • Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support when necessary.
  • Follow established protocols and guidelines to handle customer concerns.
  • Data Entry and Documentation:
  • Accurately record customer interactions and details in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Update customer profiles and information as needed.
  • Generate reports and maintain records of customer interactions for reference.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies.
  • Continuously update knowledge to provide accurate and uptodate information to customers.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge

Communication Skills:

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers.
  • Use active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Speak politely and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
