Duties of a SaathEase Trainer include:

  • SaathEase Job Advertisements
  • Interview and orientation
  • Onboarding
  • Training
  • Overall incharge of training process
  • Conduct regular skills/efficiency tests
  • Conduct online and offline training
  • Organizing, recording and implementing M&M
  • Implementation of SaathEase App
  • Maintain CVs of past, present and Potential employees
  • Preparing HR files

Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
