Job Description:

Capella & Alhena Client Solution Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and responsible Safety and Security Officer to join our team. As a Safety and Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our large residential complex in Kakkanad, Ernakulam.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle fire and safety-related works to prevent and address any potential risks.

Attend to and resolve security-related complaints promptly and effectively.

Review KYC details and update reports accordingly.

Monitor CCTV cameras, update the system, and address any CCTV-related issues by promptly reporting them.

Report and monitor lost and found issues efficiently.

Control and monitor access to society amenities such as the gym, badminton court, and play zones.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Strong knowledge of fire and safety procedures.

Ability to handle security-related complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Proficiency in reviewing and updating reports.

Familiarity with CCTV systems and the ability to troubleshoot related issues.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle lost and found issues effectively.

Attention to detail and the ability to control and monitor access to society amenities.
