As a Waiter/Waitress, your primary responsibility is to ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing prompt, courteous service, accurate food and drink orders, and serving them correctly.


Responsibilities:


  • Recommending menus.
  • Accurate order taking.
  • Efficient food and beverage serving.
  • Monitoring guest experience.
  • Table management and cleanliness.
  • Handling payments and records.
  • Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff.
