Responsibilities:
-

End Customer Demo & UC support
TEAM rooms and Zoom Room Solutions
BOM/Solution Design for partner & client requirements
Tech support to partners for VC & UC device configurations.
Handling partner sales & Tech queries
Integration of UC & Audio-Visual products.
Experience in handling corporate customers or global accounts.
Update team with updated technology & products
Proactively raise and lead the efforts in clearing issues/bottlenecks that might affect successful completion of the implementation projects
Liaise with the stakeholders, partners and relevant external authorities to deliver industry best practice and statutory requirements
Assist in program reviews/providing feedbacks to partners, customers and engineering leadership
Build/Maintain relationships with key external and internal stake holders
Take part in events to include conference calls, video conferences, workshops to proactively enhance relevant advance services delivery capabilities
Conduct enablement session for partners & internal team.
Assessment of the feasibility of various Tele Presence solutions.
Designing video network solutions as per client requirements.
Consultancy for Visual collaboration.
Assessment of the contractual feasibility of various Tele Presence solutions.
Designing video network solutions as per client requirements.
Consultancy for Visual collaboration.
Polycom video conferencing solutions.
Audio Solutions
Work on Polycom infrastructure.
