    Description

    Main Purpose of the Role

    To cater for India Growth Plan and business requirement on financial analysis and budget control

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare assumptions, analysis and reporting of the financial and overall achievement to senior management team of the company.
    • Develop financial models, ROI and other significant financial metrics to provide recommendations to senior management.
    • Prepare & analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financials.
    • Prepare & analyze Opex for each function
    • Supporting decision-making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance
    • Support Finance Head on annual budget & monthly forecast preparation and analysis
    • Partner with commercial teams and supporting functions, provide scalable visualization solutions resulting in strong user adoption that help transform user experience away from time-intensive manual efforts and towards automated self-service reporting.
    • Coordinate planning procedures and improve forecast accuracy, support OPEX management, and monitor regional financial performance.
    • Empower the digital transformation in the finance and operation area, advocate best practices, and drive data-driven and analytics cultural change.
    • Leading and delivering on Digital Finance transformation by identifying areas for technology adoption and streamlining
    • Performing ad-hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making.
    • Working with business unit heads to figure out their likely revenue and expenses over the next several years.

    Skills and Competencies

    Education / Professional Experience

    • Master's degree major in finance (MBA is a must)
    • Minimum 10 years finance related working experience and at least 5 year as financial planning and analysis working experience
    • Has a keen appreciation in the integration of strategy and finance
    • Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
    • Good office software skill e.g. excel, word, BI & PPT
    • Familiar with SAP system and good excel skill.
    • High motivation, sense of responsibility, self-discipline
    • Good communication skills
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
