Job Opening:
Operations Executive
We are seeking a motivated Operations Executive to join our team and gain hands-on experience in operational management.

As an executive, you will assist in various operational tasks and projects to support our team and enhance our business processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Implement strategies to enhance client experience and maintain longterm relationships.
  • Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services/products to clients while maintaining quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Address any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and take preventive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review, highlighting achievements and areas for optimization.
  • Share insights and learnings with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Take corrective actions as needed to address noncompliance issues and improve overall quality.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.


Education and Experience:

B. Tech Degree (Electrical Engineering) or business related field

Prior experience in operational or managerial roles is a plus but not required.


Work mode:

WFO
(10am 7pm)


Working Days:
Monday - Saturday


Pay:
From ₹20,000.00 per month
