Job Brief

  • Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to Employees.
  • Manage the workshop production and efficiency of the team to ensure all projects are manufactured within quoted and budgeted man hours.
  • Identify potential shortfall in workshop capacity and communicate to management. Suggest overtime requirements with management as required.
  • Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
  • Ensure the safe use of Commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Check production output according to specifications
  • Job, work order and parts order scheduling
  • Submit reports on performance and progress
  • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
  • Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
  • Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Requirements and skills

  • 3 to 5 years Experience in any Sheet Metal & Fabrication Manufacturing industry as production supervisor.
  • BE or Diploma in Production, B.Tech in production or Mechanical Engineer.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
