In the Tele calling position it is the responsibility of the employee to be able to answer questions from the client, by understanding their needs and wants.


  • In order to route potential opportunities to the relevant department to further develop and for the closing of deals.
  • Contact potential customers or businesses by phone to advertise products or services, or to support charitable causes.
  • To request orders via the phone for goods and services.
- to explain the benefits of the product or service to potential customers.

  • Deliver the sales pitch in a scripted format to the client and then alter the pitch as needed to the individual.
  • For providing pricing details for the services or products.
  • Superb verbal communication.
  • Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
  • Superb interpersonal, research, and recordkeeping skills.
  • Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.

Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
