Position:
Systems Engr II - Asset Validation

Experience : 9+ years

Responsibilities:

Assets reconciliation of software and hardware assets for customer account and site, maintaining accurate assets database in salesforce.
Constantly keep up todate on products knowledge and development necessary in the daily operational asset validation tasks.
Competency to analyze assets movement, identify difference aligned on what the customer has purchased, and asset installed on site.
Execute in the study and analyze of audited data files in salesforce.
Should act as technical interface to internal customers such as Field Service Leaders, Account Managers, Sales Managers, Field Service Specialist.
Responsible to ensure that requests are executed within agreed schedule as per requirements.
Ensures that the final deliverable meets the functional specifications of the end user by doing thorough quality checks.
Follow the Quality standards and processes as defined by Internal global business operations.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Process flow charts, Quick Reference Documents, Checklists etc.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Monthly / Weekly performance data such as volume, adoption, productivity, escalation, demand, and capacity planning.
Accuracy and quality deliverables for asset validation management. Internal stakeholder's user experience and external customer satisfaction enhanced with asset validation functionalities.
Basic technical writing skill with explanatory approach.
Must have Analytical thinking approach. Detail oriented person. Proactive and Selfmotivated. Ability to work in a team.
Ability to multitasking. Must be able to handle stress and pressure in challenging situations. Fluent in Spoken and Written English.

Qualifications:

BE (Instrumentation / Electronic / Electrical)
Some working experience. Experienced in IT assets management and/or customer engagement skills will be added advantage.
Experienced in using Salesforce. Knowledgeable and skillful in creating Dashboards and Reports in salesforce environment. Knowledge in Conga Grid, Conga Composer, Power BI will be added advantage.

Technical Qualifications:

Knowledge of Honeywell TDC3000 System Architecture (LCN/UCN Networks) & EPKS Architecture.
Knowledge on Experion PKS systems (C200, C300)
Analysis of nodes using audit files (SIT, LVRlog & Architecture)

Behavioral Qualifications:

Quick to learn new technologies skills.
Good communication skills.
