    Role Description

    We are hiring for a Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via telephone to promote our products and services, answer inquiries, and manage customer relationships.

    If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a desire to succeed in sales, we would love to hear from you.

    Responsibilities

    • Contact potential and existing customers via telephone to promote our products and services
    • Explain the benefits and features of our products and services to customers
    • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
    • Maintain customer records by updating information and transactions
    • Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
    • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

    Requirements

    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Positive and persuasive attitude
    • Ability to build rapport with customers
    • Good listening and problem-solving skills
    • Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
    • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
