Monitor and enforce compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, as well as company-specific safety policies and standards.

Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Review and analyze accident and incident reports, and provide recommendations for preventive actions.
Develop and deliver safety training programs for construction workers and site staff.
Organize orientation sessions for new employees and subcontractors to ensure they are aware of safety protocols and procedures.
Conduct regular toolbox talks to address specific safety concerns and promote awareness.
Identify potential safety hazards related to equipment, tools, processes, and working conditions.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of safety inspections, incident reports, training sessions, and safetyrelated communications.
Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment by all personnel on construction sites.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Safety Officer in the civil construction industry.
Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and standards.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
