    Description

    Manager - Revenue Assurance



    Role and Responsibility:



    • Ensure revenue recognition aligns with company policy and accounting standards.
    • Implement internal controls for revenue reporting, leakages, and process enhancements.
    • Design Revenue Assurance systems in collaboration with the product team for efficient transaction-level reconciliations.
    • Support cost-saving projects and assess the impact of pricing changes and promotional programs on revenue.
    • Manage complexities of Unbilled revenue, Deferred revenue, and promotions accounting.
    • Assist in financial audits, reconciliations, and interaction with external auditors.
    • Cultivate relationships with payment gateways and collection agencies.

    Required skills and qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, taxation, or related field.
    • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
    • Industry experience preferred.
    • Thorough understanding of accounting and finance principles.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with mindfulness.

    Preferred skills and qualifications:


    • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite.
