Job Responsibilities for Home Secretary:
- Managing the household schedules and calendarsTravel planning, organizing, and coordination, purchasing household goods both online and in stores.
- Support in handling guest hospitality appointment desk / calendar, Maintaining contact directory.
- Scheduling home maintenance and repair work, supervising the projectHandling household bills and administrative duties,
- Assist in travel management and vendor management
- Supervision of other household staff, housekeepers and private chef
- Coordination/ followup with the work for timely execution of tasks.
- Any other assignments given from time to time.
Job Types:
