Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandise plans and assortments for each season based on sales data and market trends
- Collaborate with designers, buyers, and other teams to ensure that products meet customer needs and preferences
- Analyze sales performance and make recommendations for product development and inventory management
- Create visual merchandising displays that showcase products effectively and attractively if needed.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and other terms
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify new product opportunities
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
- Monitor and report on sales performance and inventory levels to senior management
- Keep up to date with industry trends and innovations to ensure that the company stays competitive
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
