Experience: 5 to 7 years as Legal Advisor

Salary: 50000/- to 80000/- PM


Job Duties:

  • Drafting basic legal documents for construction projects
  • Ensuring compliance to construction laws and regulations
  • Preparing damage claims
  • Resolving buysell disputes and property infringements
  • Providing arbitration, litigation and mediation support
  • Advising on the latest building standards
  • Explaining building standards to stakeholders
  • Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters.
  • Providing advice on legal matters.
  • Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents.
  • Reviewing legal material.
  • Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.
  • Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses.
  • Drafting documents, letters and contracts
  • Acting on behalf of clients in disputes, if necessary.

Salary:
₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Raipur, Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:


  • Legal advisor: 5 years (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
