We are looking for a results-driven and confident financial controller to manage and improve our organization's financial performance and direct our accounting operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Setting Internal control procedures in the company
  • Monitoring internal controls.
  • Overseeing and preparing reports as required
  • Setting up a budgeting and control process
  • Participating in budgeting processes
  • Managing financial transactions as required
  • Streamlining accounting functions and operations.
  • Developing plans for financial growth
  • Evaluating and managing risk
  • Coordinating with accountants, audit and related stakeholder

Financial Controller Requirements:


  • CA Inter with minimum 58 years relevant experience
  • Graduate/ MBA with minimum 810 years relevant experience
  • Proven experience in finance management.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting and controllership functions
  • Auditing experience
  • Compliance oriented
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Analytical skills
