B.TECH/B.E

Job Description1. Has to have an overall experience of 3 to 5 Years.
Minimum Qualification should be BE/B. Tech Civil Engineering.
Creating a risk register with identified risks and its mitigation plan and perform Qualitative and Quantitative Risk Assessment. Updating the Risk register on weekly basis.
Develop monitoring process for all the departments in the project.
Tracking the project physically and financially on project management software (MS Project, Primavera).
Review the project based on Productivity, equipment output/ performance, cycle time, schedule tracking & delay analysis.
Monitoring and reporting

- forecast to completion, Impact of risks both physically and financially and highlight critical issues with action plan.

Updating the Enterprise Risk Management portal and monitor the global risks being highlighted in the similar projects.
Conducting the Internal Risk Review for the project monthly.
Must have hands in MS Office.
Good understanding of Contract Conditions [FIDIC, NHPC, NPCIL].
Should have knowledge in claims and variations.
Should have good understanding of infrastructure project works.
Experience in Infrastructure Project works preferred.
