Admin Assistant
following are the job details and job description
Qualification-:
- Higher Secondary level of general education, supplemented with training on computers.
- Minimum of 5 years including administration of documents/correspondences & coordination experience preferably in an Oil and Gas industry.
- Training on records management and automated systems as an advantage.
- Experience in Electronic File Transfer System and ECM Correspondence Management System (CMS) as an advantage.
- Experience and conversant with Microsoft office especially in Word, Excel and Power Point as an advantage
- Adequate written and verbal skill in English.
- Provide assistance to Project , Projects in administrating project office works including documents, memos, minutes of meetings, faxes with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on communications, arranging meetings and providing feedbacks.
- Maintain registers for meetings, memos, faxes, action trackers and carryout follow ups for timely responses.
- Maintain register and data base for department/team and carryout communications and follow ups on their pending actions.
- Maintain register and data base for contractor/agency working for the project and ensure communications & follow ups as required.
- Maintain files for hard copy documents.
- Follow ups and obtain input/ periodic reports being prepared and issued by the department.
- Assist the Supervisor in Qatari Development programs.
