As a
Kindergarten Assistant, your role is pivotal in working closely with the lead teacher to establish a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere that supports the holistic development of preschool children.

Responsibilities:

Implement ageappropriate lesson plans and activities in collaboration with the lead teacher, ensuring alignment with the curriculum.
Cultivate a safe and positive learning environment, fostering social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Support both individual and group activities, encompassing playtime, storytelling, and creative arts, to enhance the overall learning experience.
Provide personalized attention to students, addressing their needs and promoting a sense of security and belonging.

Collaborate with the lead teacher in assessing and recording children's progress, maintaining accurate records for parent communication.

Assist with daily routines, including snack time, restroom breaks, and transitions between activities.
Foster positive communication with parents, ensuring they are wellinformed about their child's daily activities and milestones.
Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma;
early childhood education coursework or certification is advantageous.
Previous experience working with preschool or kindergartenaged children.
Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing demeanor.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate with lead teachers and work seamlessly as part of a team.

Salary:
₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month
