Key Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our SAAS products and their features, staying updated on enhancements and new releases.
Customer Onboarding:
Guide and assist new SAAS-based customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Platform Setup:
Collaborate with customers to set up and configure our platform to meet their specific needs and objectives.
Sales Coordination:
Work closely with the sales team to provide support and coordination for customer accounts.
Customer Engagement:
Proactively engage with customers to understand their goals, address concerns, and identify opportunities for platform optimization.
Training and Support:
Provide training sessions and ongoing support to customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions.
Feedback Collection:
Gather customer feedback and insights to help inform product development and improvements.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in customer success, digital marketing, or related roles.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and SAAS-based solutions.
Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work culture.
Working time: 4 pm to 1 am
Working days:
Monday to Friday.
