Position:
Site Supervisor - Civil Construction and Home Interior
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Role Type:
Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage onsite civil construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution from foundation to finishing.
Monitor progress, track material usage, and manage resources effectively to achieve project goals within budget constraints.
Supervise and coordinate interior design installations, ensuring design concepts translate into realworld elegance and functionality.
Act as a bridge between project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and resolving any siterelated challenges.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, ensuring accurate records for reporting and future references.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality assurance.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strong knowledge of interior design principles and the ability to translate design concepts into tangible results.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for fostering teamwork and collaboration.

Attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

Salary:
₹9, ₹21,209.44 per month
