The Senior Counselor in the Call Center at Chandigarh University plays a pivotal role in providing guidance and support to prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders.

You will serve as a senior member of the call center team, helping individuals navigate the admission and enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Counseling and Guidance:


  • Provide indepth counseling and guidance to prospective students and their families regarding academic programs, admission criteria, scholarships, and other universityrelated matters.

Product Knowledge:


  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of the university's academic programs, course offerings, and any changes in admission requirements.
  • Educate prospective students about the university's offerings and advantages.

Record Keeping:


  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and inquiries.
  • Utilize the university's CRM system to manage student data and communication.

Customer Service:


  • Ensure a high standard of customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Handle escalated inquiries and provide resolutions.

Reporting:


  • Prepare reports on inquiry and counseling data, including conversion rates and other relevant metrics.
  • Share reports and insights with the Call Center Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in counseling, admissions, or a related field, with at least 23 years of experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective students.
  • Customerfocused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
