Key Responsibilities:

Provide indepth counseling and guidance to prospective students and their families regarding academic programs, admission criteria, scholarships, and other universityrelated matters.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain uptodate knowledge of the university's academic programs, course offerings, and any changes in admission requirements.
Educate prospective students about the university's offerings and advantages.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and inquiries.
Utilize the university's CRM system to manage student data and communication.

Customer Service:

Ensure a high standard of customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues with empathy and professionalism.
Handle escalated inquiries and provide resolutions.

Reporting:

Prepare reports on inquiry and counseling data, including conversion rates and other relevant metrics.
Share reports and insights with the Call Center Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in counseling, admissions, or a related field, with at least 23 years of experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective students.
Customerfocused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
