Key Qualifications and Competencies:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience working with an enterpriselevel Learning Management System (LMS); Cornerstone OnDemand preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Excellent organizational, planning and administrative skills, including the demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage simultaneous projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, telephone manner, personal contact.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extreme customer service orientation.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, and ability to exercise sound judgment.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to learn systems and processes quickly.
  • Proactive team player with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:


  • Configuration and maintenance of the Cornerstone OnDemand system.
  • Secondlevel support involving all technical inquiries for CSOD.
  • Troubleshooting CSODrelated issues from employees, managers, and the HR team.
  • Investigate, test and implement new features and functionality of CSOD modules.
  • Track and report on metrics in Cornerstone for both internal clients and stakeholders. This includes training of our HR Ops staff to properly do their own reporting and analytics.
  • Perform quality assurance and testing on courses, features, and functionality associated with CSOD.
  • Support training delivery, including setting up Events & Sessions, Trainers, etc.
  • Support in driving the competency assessment and improvement for the Organization wide assessment process.
  • Drive training administration for bulk user loads, user administration, and customer reporting.
  • Create and provide training related dashboards, custom reports, development plans and documentation for all training related activities
  • Work with Talent Management team and businesses to create Digital learning paths in cornerstone
  • Bulk loads into the system, as necessary.
  • Research and recommend system improvements that will enhance user experience in training and talent management
