Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product.
  • Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of customer.
  • Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.

Work experience/Skill Sets/Competencies:


  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of customer needs and requirements.

Salary:
₹300, ₹350,000.00 per year
