Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product.
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of customer.
- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
Work experience/Skill Sets/Competencies:
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of customer needs and requirements.
Salary:
₹300, ₹350,000.00 per year
