Lords of Detailing is a leading franchise business in the automotive detailing industry, offering high-quality detailing services for vehicles. We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Executive Assistant to MD cum Pre-Sales Executive to join our team.This position is based in Noida and involves providing administrative support to the Managing Director while also actively engaging in pre-sales activities, specifically calling leads for our franchise business.
Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant to MD:
- Assist the Managing Director in daytoday management activities, including calendar
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Draft and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and initiatives.
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodation for the Managing Director.
- Maintain confidential records and files, ensuring they are organized and readily
- Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders,
Pre-Sales Executive:
- Conduct outbound calls to leads interested in the franchise business of Lords of
- Engage with potential franchisees, explain the benefits and opportunities of joining our
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our franchise offerings, including
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and gather necessary information for
- Document lead interactions and update relevant CRM systems accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for
- Provide regular reports on lead generation, followup activities, and presales
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role,
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft
- Proficient in using productivity tools such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
- Previous experience in presales, tele sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems is a plus.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Noida.
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
