Description
Customer Service RepresentativeDuties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Utilize technology, such as pointofsale (POS) systems, to process transactions
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and [Multilingual]
- Proven ability to upsell products and services
- Experience in technical sales or technology sales is a plus
- Familiarity with pointofsale (POS) systems is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Previous experience in jewelry sales or electronics sales is a bonus
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
Job Types:

Salary:
₹19, ₹25,000.00 per month
