Tech Mahindra Foundation (TMF) is the corporate social responsibility arm of Tech Mahindra Limited, a Mahindra Group Company.

Since 2006, the Foundation has been working tirelessly in the areas of education, employability, and disability with a keen focus on corporate volunteering.

The Foundation works with the mandate that 50% of its beneficiaries are women and 10% are Persons with Disabilities. Over the year, it has impacted 3,32,732* direct beneficiaries across all programs. In addition, over 2.5* million lives impacted through our 582 COVID Relief Projects* across 17 states in India.


Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitments will be preferred.


Qualification:
Any Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience.

  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Determining selection criteria.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and inperson interviews.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives.
  • Organize and attend recruitment events, placement events.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
  • Create a Positive onboarding & induction experience for new joiners.
  • Any other work assigned by the Reporting manager.

Skills Required:


  • Proven work experience in Recruitment or similar role.
  • Having worked in a social sector organization will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
  • Handson experience with fullcycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
  • Attention to Detail and Critical thinking.
  • Ability to work in team as well independently.
  • Proficiency & Passion.
