Organization Profile:

Tech Mahindra Foundation (TMF) is the corporate social responsibility arm of Tech Mahindra Limited, a Mahindra Group Company.

The Foundation works with the mandate that 50% of its beneficiaries are women and 10% are Persons with Disabilities. Over the year, it has impacted 3,32,732* direct beneficiaries across all programs. In addition, over 2.5* million lives impacted through our 582 COVID Relief Projects* across 17 states in India.

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitments will be preferred.

Qualification:
Any Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience.

Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Determining selection criteria.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and inperson interviews.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
Lead employer branding initiatives.
Organize and attend recruitment events, placement events.
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
Create a Positive onboarding & induction experience for new joiners.
Any other work assigned by the Reporting manager.

Skills Required:

Proven work experience in Recruitment or similar role.
Having worked in a social sector organization will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
Handson experience with fullcycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
Attention to Detail and Critical thinking.
Ability to work in team as well independently.
Proficiency & Passion.
