Description

• Coordinate and manage all the project management activities from project initiation to the end, following the System Development Life Cycle Process (SDLC) and Agile.
• Ensure the tasks assigned are efficiently completed with highest quality, on time and within scope.
• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
• Maintain formal project tracking process utilizing various tools and proactively communicate, manage, and resolve project issues and risks.
• Effectively monitor and present project updates and progress to relevant stakeholders, clients and/or project team members.
• Set project timeline and monitor project deliverables.
• Handling client communication, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Ensure that the projects are completed with the highest quality, and on time and within scope.
• Track project status with the development team.
• Mentor and support project team members with tasks you assign them.
• Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure the project team is clear on objectives.
• Work closely with the project manager(s) to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects.
• Manage risk tracking process.
• Monitor and manage project scope.
• Manage all project documentation.
• Work on multiple projects within the company's project portfolio simultaneously.
• Foster partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and sponsors
