Description
We seek a positive and self-motivated Floor Supervisor to join our growing team. ( Must be an engineer)

They must have good communication skills and leadership skills.


They will need to start fresh in learning all about our machines and operating them before they take command as a floor supervisor.

Rolles and responsibilities planned for the supervisor are

  • Ensure all machine operators/ staff is monitored closely and motivated on a daily basis to achieve their everyday goals.
  • Mentor and guide the operators if there is any issue with the process.
  • Coordinate the inprocess materials with the dispatch/ packaging team
  • Ensure reduction of wastage and quality control during production
  • Consistantly follow process and systems and maintain records.
Create new process and systems for improvement

  • Sending in daily reports of the day to day progress and coordinate with the floor in charge

Salary:
₹18, ₹23,000.00 per month
