We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced International BPO Executive to join our dynamic team.

As an International BPO Executive, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our international business process outsourcing (BPO) division.

This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of BPO practices and industry trends.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the international BPO team to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with international clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize workflow processes and increase productivity
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and trends to enhance the performance and profitability of the BPO division
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to international BPO operations
  • Prepare and present performance reports and forecasts to senior management

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in international BPO operations, with proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Proven leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong understanding of BPO processes and methodologies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
  • Proficient in using BPO software and other relevant technology

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Pay:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
