Main Responsibilities
- Work with Domain Lead to define the strategy of platforms within the domain
- Support the program manager in evaluation of the right solution for the demand from the business
- Identify new tools/solutions for the unique requirements from domain/platform
- Support program manager in evaluating supplier offers and recommend right way forward
- Review the skills of internal and external team for programs to guide domain lead and program manager for the right fitment
- Support domain/platform lead to manage, develop relationship with product partners
- Review and guide the architects to improvise and execute architecture guidelines for the domain/platform
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems. Capable of successfully engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Govern Continuous Integration, Code Review across the domain/platform
- Support IS Service Manager in delivering IS solutions/services according to agreedupon Service Level Agreements (SLAs), on time, within budget and at high quality
- Recommend improvements to processes and technology that improve the effectiveness of the team
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems. Capable of successfully engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ensure design for a secure, efficient, and adaptable future state model across FEC
- Review the deliverables from supplier teams in the context of business requirements and functional aspects to provide timely feedback
- Hands on work on building POC with team of internal developers, architects for innovation/POC activities for futuristic concepts & solutions
- Work with architects from ERP, Analytics, Integrations to understand the impact and scope for the domain/platform
- Strong understanding of integration best practices and excellent relationship skills working with business leaders, stakeholders, infrastructure team and various development teams across the organization
- Understand the business requirements for the complex program/s within Service Domain (Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Field Service Management (FSM) and Asset Performance Management (APM))
- Understand the business process and guide analysts to define the target in the EAM, FSM and APM areas
- Understand technologies
Requirements:
- Knowledge about Enterprise Asset Management, Field Service Management, Asset Performance Management processes and tools
- Experience in implementation large programs in one of the solutions/products for Asset management, FSM, Asset performance management
- Experience of working/implementing in ecosystem with SAP H4/HANA, Salesforce, Mulesoft is an advantage
- Working experience in managing data strategy and providing guidance to architects for developing data models in relevance to the program
- Experience in objectively evaluating solutions and making recommendations
- Experience in leading the technical team or extensive experience in software development (5+ years) and willingness to take the next step
- Experience in #C,.NET, SQL, JavaScript, Integration layers, or similar
- Extensive experience identifying and managing project issues and risks, including mitigation strategies and plans
- Exposure to software development lifecycle like requirements gathering, analysis, architecture design
- Experience in Devops activities like branching strategy, code repository
- Understanding about the install base management solutions in large enterprises
- Ability to process and understand the service processes and the stakeholders involved in the same
- Experience in managing 3rd party service providers
- Interest in latest technologies
