Description
We are hiring for Area Sales Manager for US bases MNC in Contact Lens Industry for Pune, Maharashtra.

  • Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
  • Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Revenue : Deliver overall revenue and volumes as per plan. Responsible for achievement of revenue targets assigned to distributors.

Requirements:


  • A Bachelors or a Masters degree with minimum 45 years of experience in sales in General Trades for Optical industry.
  • Able to initiate and implement the marketing strategy and handle operations independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
B2B channel sales work experience(5-7 years) preferably in Ophthalmic, pharma or medical devices industry.
